"A camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera."
-Dorothea Lange
I take pictures. I try to let them speak for themselves. Whether I am looking at a sunset, a doorknob, a city, or the simple expression a person makes every day, I want to see something different each time I look. I want people to walk away from what I've taken and consider everything they've seen as new and undiscovered.
Which is why I don't merely take the standard shots, the predictable angles or the recording of posterity. There is beauty even in the mundane and the common. And that's what I want to show.
I'll be adding more work as time goes by. Almost everything on here is available on CD-ROM. E-mail me up at daniel_glasglow@yahoo.com
